I bought the real tree during my lunch hour today, December 2nd! I am quite certain that's the earliest I've ever gotten the tree before...I suppose I could look back twelve years here, but...nah, it's early for me, confirmed. Sounds like a lot of people are starting the Christmas prep a lot earlier since we're all at home. I'm ready for it, feels like a good time to slowly bring a bit out at a time.
During Thanksgiving weekend I set out a thousand piece Charlie Brown puzzle on this little table I pulled out just for puzzling over the long weekend. I didn't get one taker, it was a tough puzzle and the pieces were so tiny, not one taker. Then, in the Thanksgiving newspaper edition, was this great section. It's taken the place of the puzzle and we occasionally sit and color for a minute or two here or there. Found some takers! (-:
