This newly minted 15 year old ended his freshman year first semester with a 3.85, played offense and defense in some capacities that I still can't comprehend (-: in JV football, loves being on the drumline and having done marching band for the varsity games, loved his first hour swimming class, enjoyed and took his photography class very seriously, and excelled in all his honors courses. He often wears his "hair with a flair" as haircuts are not a top priority, he's glad to be finally starting invisalign braces (one reason open mouth smiles are very rare), he's excited to start driver's ed soon and to start making his own money by applying to the local grocery store, might even do that tomorrow.
So grateful for the many gifts God has blessed Harrison with and that he is making great use of them!
This birthday treat is Jessica Seinfeld's (yep...Jerry's Jessica...) One Pot Mocha Brownies, topped with Moose Tracks ice cream, sprinkles and then topped with caramel once cut onto plates. One word...outrageously decadent...ok, two words!
I found it in the Parade magazine of my Sunday Newspaper! Yes...as a matter of fact...I do still have a newspaper subscription...and a record player...you don't? 😏
I usually get a blowing out the candles pic, but I hit video by mistake.
I'm kinda glad I did.
