Quick, it's almost the New Year . . .

And we still haven't seen the Veggie Christmas Tree!!!

I mean, COME ON!!
What is wrong with me???

In one sense I actually think that's a fun appetizer and in the other sense I am shocked that I considered making time to form a Christmas tree out of vegetables with all the other stuff going on in this place. At least I reigned it in by not doing the recipe that called for purchasing a foam cone, gluing it to a plate and tooth picking veggies all over it, that would have broken me for sure.

Since I'm fondly then going to remember this as the "Year of Vegetable Creativity" (remember now, I'm some one that has stalled for about seven years on picking paint for the living room because I just can't visualize the right color...yet, I'm cranking out vegetable designs???!!!), let's then take a look at November's creation (back then I only posted the blog picture where I found the recipe):

Yep, the ol' Turkey Veggie Platter!

Wonder what I can pull together for Valentines Day and Easter...Oh, oh...what should I make for Mother's Day...Oooo, Father's Day...the possibilities are endless...
(Totally kidding)
(maybe)
