Let the Grilling Begin!!

This sumptuous piece of salmon got the honors of "first grill of the season" tonight.  Sprinkled with kosher salt, dried dill (fresh is great too) and squeezed lemon (both before and after grilling) makes for a quick and delicious main event at dinner.
