Baked salmon w/ lemon-butter and dill
I discovered a gorgeous new market on the west side of Ann Arbor this morning after my swim. It's called "Plum" and I'm fairly certain they're a chain originated from metro Detroit. Had a fabulous time slowly meandering through today. So, here's how I made the salmon tonight:
FYI, this piece of salmon is 2.5 pds
oven 350
melted couple Tbsp butter
squeezed a whole lemon into that (might be much for some)
poured most of that over fish
sprinkled with dry dill and kosher salt
After 20 minutes pour rest of lemon/butter over
baked for total of 35 minutes or until flaky
Little Note: I've really taken to baking/cooking on tin foil or parchment paper these days, it really saves on clean up time. I used to just use parchment paper for cookies but recently put frozen fish sticks (notice I don't take pictures and write about those meals (-:) to bake on it and it worked perfectly, with hardly a clean up job after.
