I concluded my self-imposed "no dinner" standoff tonight with baked salmon (I heard from the peanut gallery that they prefer it grilled over baked, can you believe? (-:), corn on the cob, applesauce, (forgot to cook the rice) and...just to keep them on their toes...a STEAMED ARTICHOKE!!
