No granite, marble or other fancy, fandangled countertops.
Look very carefully amongst the drying, hand-washed dishes.
You see them?
A fresh garlic head.
Just picked dill.
A small vase of fresh chives.
If I had the fanciest, most modern, up-to-date kitchen counters but no fresh from the yard garlic, dill, chives and oh...not pictured but sauteed this evening...my first patipan squash...those would not be my kinda countertops!
The gardening season is clicking right along over here. I'm enjoying it, the yard, the summer, my students. Just not recording it in this little ol' space as much this year.
