Have always been a favorite!
The last few Tuesdays have been "Tennis Tuesdays" around here. I'd wanted to get to the courts with them all summer and, zoom, there went summer with not a single game played. So, three weeks ago it struck me to throw some rackets in the car and hit the courts after school on Tuesdays when no one had an obligation (well, except Ben with hockey at 8p.m.!! Wowza). And, boy, has that been FUN! All three of the boys love to play, and Livie gave it a go a few times but mostly hangs at the play structures now. We'll keep it up as long as the weather cooperates, little chilly today (high 40's, low 50's maybe).
Oh, the tire swing time? Well, that popped up after Liv almost fell off the structure but was caught by another mom while I enjoyed a game of tennis with the boys, oy vey! She needed some cuddling after that followed by some time on the tire swing. I suggested that maybe next week, tennis shoes might be better for climbing than her pink, sparkly star cowgirl boots (she needed them to go with her leopard print coat and the large purple flower in her hair).
