Corn Maze . . .

 This crew can sure have good fun together at things like this.

LOVE that!

 This boy's cub scout pack met at an uber maze tonight. In addition to the maze they had a giant slide going down a hill, pedal cars on a track, mouse race in some giant tube things, just lots of fun.

Fun that is, for those dressed for the weather . . . 

Which was NOT this girl.

She lucked out and got this fancy-schmancy dress (Home Goods, $9.99, (-:) this afternoon and could NOT wrap her mind or her emotions around changing into pants and a jacket in order to go to the corn maze.  Wow-wee, we're in for some big emotional business at this house in years to come, let me tell you!!  Needless to say...she and I stayed home...

So, here they are, probably just about to embark on their quest for the end of the maze...I suspect that's the timing of this photo because they're all still happy.  You see, we (they) don't have great success with corn mazes.  They tried one a couple years ago (SP and three boys) and got lost, for a looooonnnngggg time in the tall, dark, cold corn.  As this year's trek began they started having flashbacks and quit after about 10 minutes.  Sorry but, for someone still into Survivor, I can NOT imagine not going through the WHOLE ENTIRE MAZE. Granted, I'd like to do it in the day...hmmmm...we'll see...
