I've hidden these ones in the bottom drawer of the fridge so I can slowly saute them for lunch tomorrow and toss with a little basil and pasta. Somehow I missed these ripening over the weekend (can you even believe I bought tomatoes today for our soft taco dinner??!!). The beans are from the bean teepee. It's in full bean growing season right now. Funny plant that is, takes a good three months to get to pickin' time.
On another note, nothing quite like a "start of the school year" head cold either. So generous of the kids to have shared it with me this year, ugh!
