I might have gotten a slide show up here.
It's amazing what you can learn (waste time with?) when you google questions on the internet like, "how to post a slideshow on blogger." Picassa used to be relatively easy breezy but evidently it's not wanting to let me embed anymore and it would be handy if iPhoto's slideshows could be larger, maybe that's my next "google." "How to make iphoto's slideshows larger." Another night.
Alas, tonight I discovered that someone out there does slideshows through powerpoint presentations, then uploads them to google docs and embeds them in their blog/website. Wowzers! The first slideshow below I decided to skip the google docs step and save it as a .mov, haven't been able to play it in my preview mode here so we'll just have to see what happens after I hit publish, I'm not changing a thing after that. It should have sound effects, but they didn't come through on the second one which is the one I actually uploaded to google docs.
BTW, I've never done anything in Powerpoint so tonight was a self -taught tutorial. Pretty cool, but my version was from 2008, would be nice to see what they're doing with it these days.

Click on the rectangle thing to the right of "slide 1" for full screen.
Well, that was a total bummer! None of my sound effects (which I found very entertaining!!), cool screen changes or slide effects came through at all. Total bummer. More exploring on that another day.
