This is our last school year with William home all day.
Wow!
I haven't opted for "regular" preschool for any of our kids since I sent Lara two days/wk when she was four. Instead of "preschool" I sign the kids up for various classes and low and behold they've been just fine in kindergarten. William's pre-school experience includes; Kick, Catch, Throw at the Y (different sport every week), Leslie Science and Nature Center (weekly, but different subjects every month), MOPS (kids go to their class while moms go to theirs, 2x's/mo), Sunday School and Wild Swan Theater season tkts w/ mom (three shows this season). Plus of course our regular trips to the library and game playing, book reading, letter naming and on and on during our regular lives. A pretty well-rounded "curriculum" (-: I think.
