Meet my new best friend . . .


Tossed some asparagus, large white mushrooms cut in half, yellow squash and zucchini with olive oil, this inspirational balsamic vinegar and various spices, roasted at 425 for 20 minutes and . . . Wowee-wow-wow!!!!
(Oh, I did splash a little more balsamic on after roasting, along with some sea salt)
