Look at that streak in the middle of the sky, cool! There's four of the gang that came to the sunset after the annual ice cream outing (others went back to go-carting). Most of these kids were born at the same time or in the same classes as a number of other kids from other families in our group. They're all just comfortable, fun friends.
But, whew, busy couple of weeks!
Can't wait to post more about our trip to the UP at the end of July, beginning of August but first lets wrap up this past weekend a little bit.
P.S. Blogger went and changed there system a bit and I can't figure out how to put the words under the pictures for now, hopefully you enjoyed them in peace. Haha!
Good times were had by all this past weekend (though my bed will be thoroughly enjoyed tonight) with our 11th year in a row of camping with six church/school families and various numbers of our kids as they've gotten older, this year 19 of them. SUPER cool that two of the college kids, drove up (separately) even just for Saturday afternoon/evening, squeezing us in between flying lessons, a brother getting married and one leaving mid-way through to move into college!
Good friends and family time really is a treasure!
