An Onion . . .

And an Eggplant . . .

And a Sauté  . . .

Oh My!

So, truth be told there's no eggplant in this particular sauté but, I knew I'd address that down here and just let it flow up there because the sauté wasn't going to be part of the onion and the eggplant post until it was created tonight and I'm like, Oh Yeah, Baby, that's getting posted! take breath . . . Hahaha . . . and . . .Oy! (rolling eyeball emoji)

I managed to grow real deal yellow and white onions this year, what??!!

So tonight I was just going to sauté up some freshly picked onions and garlic (in a little butter and oo) and see if they were so much more divine right out of your yard. But as I got going I decided to also toss in quartered chocolate sprinkles cherry tomatoes and then some beet greens. Then William walked by and said he'd probably have some so I thought I should beef it up a little bit and took about five slices of bacon, cut them into about inch sized pieces and fried those up. I removed my sauté from the pan while those cooked, drained the fat, gave the pan a light wipe with a paper towel to leave a little grease in there and then put the veggies back in with the bacon bits to reheat and mix up.

Oh. My. Goodness. People.
!!!
