School's Out & Around the Yard . . .

For the youngest two.  The high schooler goes through middle next week and the college gal chose to go all summer.

Liv had fun at a horse-riding birthday party last weekend.

William had fun last weekend medaling in all four of his events at States! 4th Place in the 1600, 4th Place in the 800, 3rd Place in the 4x100 relay and 8th Place in the long jump that he jumped at two meets before states. (-:

Love this hockey playing track star and that I lucked into a couple pictures taken by a parent with a "real" camera.  Wow, what a difference a real camera makes!

That's a lot of bling!
Way to go, William!

Then, Monday of the last week of school was the final field trip.  One that each of her older siblings took in third grade since they all had the same teacher.  Perfect weather for paddle boating, hiking, scavenger hunting, fishing (no catch )-:) and playground play. So grateful for being able to maintain a flexible schedule that still allows to join in on these special times.

Liv's not a fan of pictures, her smile is her..."Ok, take one quick and move on..." look.
😃

Livia's well-worn third grade shoes.
I loved these shoes...Red, glitter, high-tops, are you kidding?? Awesome!

Ben's confirmation day clematis continues to thrive with great beauty!
💜

As does "Lisa's Lupine" which is my lupine that Lisa gave me.
This thing reaches to the top of my rib cage this year (I don't know how to estimate measurements, what do we think that could be, around three and a half feet maybe?? (-:).
I brought this from our old house. Everything I brought from our old house is thriving!

Thrilled that I took a picture of this long-standing peony (it was here when we lived here all those years ago) before today's rains, yay! It looks and smells beautiful.

This needs to be a painting...psst...mom...😉

Also...I continue to be in awe that I am blessed with the ability to find joy, beauty and delight in life after the walk of these past three years...and, I can't believe it's been three years...

"Our God is so good, so strong and so mighty there's nothing our God can not do!"
