Dear Self,
Never ever, and I implore of you...Ev.Er...consider it an amazing coup of an idea to water your zucchini plant with left over water from the goldfish tank when the fish have been given back to the fish store because a child doesn't want them any more (side bar...for real...I honestly brought them to the store instead of the ol' flusherolie...I could not have looked the kid in the eye). Yes, I know it sounds like goldfish water would be filled with great nutrients that the plants would kill for...but alas...look who's doing the killing...
Self, I continue to remind you....Never.Ever.Ever....water your zucchini plant with goldfish water from the goldfish tank...ever...
There's two more like that back by the shed.
They are no more amused than this one!
Just because the other plants didn't seem to mind it, please, don't mess around with fish water any more...could've wiped out the entire garden in one fell swoop! No.More.Funny.Business.
Just use the hose!
I'm glad I got tired of hauling my watering can from the boy's bedroom, through the house and around the yard...it's the only thing that saved the other squash...today's blessing...thank goodness I'm in my mid-forties and the energy isn't what it used to be...every last one of those plants would be deader than a doornail right now!
