Tonights got all chopped up and added to a salad with cilantro/avocado dressing. It's an interesting dressing, sounded better to me than it's unusual taste, but I'm still gonna use it up.
My garden is bursting at it's little seams. It lines this little bed on the back side of the garage that you may have seen a few posts ago. I am LOVING having my "garden" right next to the house, very easy to maintain. I have another back side stretch of my house that has nothing along it, nothing...next year, I think it's getting a veggie garden. So much for decorative hedges and rose bushes, I don't have nearly enough space to grow my beans! (-:
