This girl wrote her name for the first time!!
She's been writing the "L" for at least six months and added the two "i's" a month or so ago, while having me insert the "v" and the "a" occasionally. Finally, earlier this week she let me (or I took the time, more like it) to hold her crayon-holding hand and write the "v" and the "a"one time. Guess it stuck! (-:
Been a while since I had an under-three child interested in small motor skill activities. The boys completely fell in line with the boy stereotype of large motor skill activity only until at least age four, some later than that. But ya know what...they all know how to write their name now! (-:
