Truthfully, that's my "rink" back in December when I was working on prepping it for the Big Winter Freeze, ha! But, after yesterday's 50 some degrees and today in the 40's we're just about right back where we started two months ago, hmph!
Well, just like the sauna wood that I'm compiling all over the property for the day we build a sauna, I also have a big bin of ice skates I've been adding to when I stumble on a good buy at Value World. Oh, oh, oh...speaking of a good buy, I found some real whoppers of a steal at today's junk shop check in (funny, some of it was actually brand new at my "junk shop"), just bummed I didn't have a 50% off coupon! Hopefully I put some finds up soon.
One last thing. Registered for the 100meter backstroke, 100 meter IM (all four strokes) and 200 meter IM in Sunday's meet. Just discovered today I hold first place in the 100 meter IM at this same meet from last year...I was probably the one one swimming it in my age group! (-:
