Whoops!! . . .

I totally underestimated the cost of my contract work!

I offered these boys 5 cents a dandelion for whatever they found in the yard. I quit Tru-Green lawn care a few years ago, leery of it's impact on our well-water and the kids and I haven't had it in me to buy dandelion killer either. So, I eyeballed the lawn and thought they might be able to make a buck-fifty or so . . .

Turns out, Mr. White bowl pulled in $5.65 and Mr. Red tallied up $5.55!!!!

After they got a taste of making some real money they insisted on heading out for one last round. The final tally was $6.15 for Harrison and $6.55 for Ben. I believe this offer will be rescinded to a penny per dandelion in the future!
