(That's him in the tent) (-:
. . . is to know that he has a wonderful gift of gab. I know, sometimes the kids and I have to wait a little longer than we'd like after coffee time at church, but overall, love the verbosity. He's great to bring to a party because he knows everyone and loves to talk to them. At the house we're never really at a loss for words, always something to chat about (whether calm or riled up (-:). Which is why I got a kick out of the dialogue I'm about to post, simple, to the point and with all the comfort of having been together 15 years (married for 14 1/2 of them):
ME: I think I might finish my book tonight.
SP: Did she swim to Antarctica?
ME: Yep.
SP: She cold?
Me: Yep.
SP: Oh.
(-:

This is the book I finished recently. I love biographies/autobiographies (they're my "reality t.v."). This one has completely motivated me to STOP WHINING about how cold my swims are next summer when I start swimming outside at 5:45a.m.
