For all the reinventing of the wheel that goes on in the education system sometimes, I've got yet another kindergartner that latched right on to the repetitive "sight words" in a good ol' "Dick and Jane" book. Not even sure how I have this (and most recently found it under the swing by the fire, someone reading by firelight I guess, little water damage), but the kids LOVE hearing how grandma and grandpa were only ten years old when it was published!
