Mashed potatoes slow cooked in chicken broth and whole garlic cloves, then hand mashed and mixed with sour cream, probably butter too, (Kate)

For some reason, I also thought we needed a side of baked mac n cheese, but then I changed course and decided to make that for this Saturday's OSU/UM game which will be right back at their house again. Last year was the first year we all came back for the game and...for the first time in for.e.ver. UM WON!! They've got a main player injured this year, so despite their no loss record right now (which I think OSU has too), we're thinking two wins in two years might be pushing it. We'll see!
