Literally.
I s'pose it was originally for the Williams Family before it landed on my Nextdoor App "For Sale & Free" site that I love to frequent. I'll tell ya, I let that thing go for over a year of seeing it pop up...as tempting as it was, hahaha! Finally, put in a low price request, noticing after all that it hadn't been scooped up by another Williams Family, got the price reduction and the rest is history. I get a giggle every time now as I knock to enter his room, cracks me up!
