A Dee-Dilly Delightful Day . . .

I hope you had one today.
A Dee Dilly Delightful Day.

I have no idea how these things get in my head but this phrase has been rattling around since this morning when I picked a load of dill that I have no dilly use for, other than making a dill bouquet. So, as I'm about to title today's blog, I google, is it out there anywhere?  Have I heard this before? And low and behold...see below. It came from somewhere to my head, likely some old sheet music I've played in the past from the 1920's/30's it seems.

Granted...and naturally...the way I know it, dilly delightful, is considered obsolete...kinda like my newspaper and record player. Yep!

And now you know.
So, let's check out a dill bouquet through out the day.
Shall we?
😂
