Adieu!
Well, my friends, it's that time of year again. Scheduling is such this year that "No-Tech July" will begin a little early (like today, as soon as I log off!!!) and I'm really excited for it! I plan to spend more time with my guitar this month and lots and lots of reading (well, we'll see how much down time I get, ha!). We will be in the car a bit this month so there have been some adjustments for the kids this "no-tech July." They'll be allowed tech in the car only, at designated times, but we'll stretch "no-tech" into August at the house this year as a result. I've heard from some moms that their children say to them, "Um, mom...you don't think what Mrs. Pierce does in July is a good idea...do you???" Hehehe...
So, while we're away, maybe you'll get a haircut...

Came to discover the purple explosion in the microwave was a result of some quick thinking kid trying to melt the hardened crayon off of a marker...fyi...IT DIDN'T WORK!!!!!
So, that's that, I'll look forward to sharing a bit of our July adventures in August and I look forward to the end result of "No-Tech July," a much deeper connection to family, self, home and life in general! Give it a try, you'll be amazed!
