...to usher in December!
We had a nice, light snowfall starting before the kids went to school and throughout the morning. The kids were excited to wake up to it, Livia took notice and was pointing out the window, wondering what's up I'm sure, and I hightailed it to the basement in search of boots so kids wouldn't have to sit out recess.
Not much on the ground here at the end of the day, but we had such a pretty dusting that I took a few courtyard shots. In order to get decorated around here I told the kids to look for at least one new Christmas decoration when they get home from school. Already have the wreath by the front door and a couple Christmas coffee mugs all set, they're still out from last year. No kidding! Also have a Christmas bag and envelopes from cards received on my dresser waiting to be attended to...from last year...wow, time flies!
