Sure has been hard to blog like I used to . . .

Secondary working title: Boy, I'm tired these days (months)!

But, here we go, on with the show . . .

Say what you will about Wal Mart, but when I found these huge pumpkins there for $3.25 each, skipping the whole "Fall day at the pumpkin patch with a bumpy hay ride" at 37 weeks pregnant, and buying $10 pumpkins, sounded mighty nice!

This boy's moved up to the two-wheeler and training wheels!
He even endured a couple days peddling with flat tires because I couldn't get the pump to work.
Moms, eh? (-:
Here he is enjoying a lunch break in the wagon.
Few weeks left with mom's undivided attention all day long.

He's so used to mom's attention that when he didn't want to be put to bed by dad, with the big boys, and I was busy doing laundry, I just let him hang around. (#4 has kind of learned to roll with things) . . .
He fell asleep next to the pile of whites.

I don't decorate much, but when I do, watch out. (-:
In the boys room I've dealt with these horrible shades since we moved here.
Those plastic pieces fall out, the cords stick so they don't open smoothly, just an all around a pain.

So . . .

Again, at Wal Mart (on the pumpkin day...we don't have one near us so I took my time wandering around a shiny new store near my Saturday swim), I brainstormed using two fabric shower curtains as their new curtains. $16 dollars later from Wal Mart and about $17 dollars later from Home Depot for a pole and curtain brackets and we've got sliding curtains that (so far) don't fall apart and glide open with ease. I hope to paint the wall one of the matching circle colors "soon." (meaning within the next five years).

(-:

Stay tuned, "soon" to post "boys in vampire fangs" and "birds tweeting around the yard." Gripping I tell you, absolutely gripping.
